  Tim Garza is a technology and business systems leader with 15+ years of experience driving innovation and operational efficiency across multiple industries. He specializes in ERP/CRM implementations, AI/ML strategy, and automation solutions that enhance business performance.

Known for bridging technology and business strategy, Tim delivers scalable solutions that drive measurable success. His expertise in leadership, process optimization, and stakeholder collaboration has made him a trusted partner in streamlining operations and driving long-term growth.

His career began at Clearwater Analytics, where he held various leadership roles in implementations and product management, contributing to the company’s $540M IPO and over $6B valuation today. More recently, as Head of Business Systems at Forterra, he successfully turned around the company's Netsuite implementation while also deploying Salesforce and Celigo.

Tim lives in Sun Valley, Idaho, with his wife and three children. He holds a BA in Business Administration from the College of Idaho and an MBA from Northwest Nazarene University.
